BC 'Perevedenovsky' is a detached building of class B+, the total area (GBA) is 6038 m2. We worked on the project together with the NP Group team - strong specialists in the field of commercial real estate.

We came up with the structure of pages and the site

We were faced with the task of making a lightweight and easy-to-use promo site for the Cofff brand.

The site consists of the main page, which is an effective selling landing page, which provides the information necessary for making a purchase decision: information about the brand, products and their benefits.

The main page has a block with a full range, and each product has a product card.

The page was laid out and published on the Internet

The page is laid out slide by slide and is close in structure to a pdf presentation. In the mobile version, the slide layout is disabled, and the buttons from the header are pinned to the bottom navigation bar. Before submitting the project, we tested the page display in all popular browsers, including mobile ones.
Page loading speed is ~ 1.2 seconds.

Developed a style design and design layout

The general style is full of solutions that are not typical for us: a large number of background elements and bright pink accents. Filling the background both on the site and in the presentation is justified: in the real estate market, it is common to replace contact information in the presentation, so it should be clearly recognizable.

The presentation and the website are made in the same style, but the presentation is additionally protected by translucent logos. The information is collected in 8 slides, and re-formatted in A4 format - so that it can be printed on a color printer.
